Update (June 19th): The folks from Sky & Telescope just published an article pointing out that a better lineup will be visible on the morning of June 29th.
Get up early this month (June 2024) and look to the East. You will see a lineup of five or six planets. To be fair, you might need binoculars or a telescope to see a couple of them (Uranus and Neptune). Beginning on the morning of Monday, June 3, all six (Jupiter, Mercury, Uranus, Mars, Neptune, and Saturn) will be visible. Later in the month, Mercury will disappear below the horizon. From time to time the Moon will appear along with the planets.
For those of you who like the stars and constellations, the lineup will flow from Taurus (near the horizon) through Aries and Pisces to Aquarius.
Look for another morning alignment on August 28, 2024 and keep an eye open next year on the evening of February 28, 2025 when seven planets will align in the night sky (StarWalk).
