Hi FAS people:
Summer is almost over, which is good news for us because it was one of the worst summers for observing that I can remember. To start off a (hopefully) better season, this Saturday night, September 6, we are scheduled for a public observation at Sci-Works. The current forecast is not great, but remember that we don’t demand perfect skies for Sci-Works. Both the moon and Saturn will be up that night.
I’ll be sending a weather update on Friday.
